Sorry if this isn't the right place to post, it's my first time asking a question on this site, I usually just read. Recently, my computer has been acting slow. Last night I was able to play Grand Theft Auto V on very high settings at 50-60fps, but then when I woke up, it started running at about 10, max. I've tried playing other games and most of them lagged as well. I've tried dusting my computer, re-installing drivers, and even taking out my card. Any solutions? Build is:

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570
GPU: GTX 960
Board: Gigabyte B75M-D3H
8 Gigs of Ram
PCU: 600watts
Please tell me if anything else is needed, like I said, first time poster.

Are you asking if I'm using the Paging solution for GTA V? I am, but pretty much the majority of all my games are lagging now. If you're asking how much space I have, I have two TB hard drive's.

Right now, everything is running at 30C, highest it goes in-game is 40C.

Sorry, I thought PC Gaming was for actual gaming related questions, like glitches your encountering. I'd move the post if I could

Nope, no power surge. Only one thing left:
My computer is haunted by evil technology hating dwarves.

When idle at your desktop, take note of the frequency your processor is running at in Task Manager. Also do so when your gaming. Make sure the frequency increases as the usage does. I'd tell you to do the same with Memory Usage and GPU Usage but I cant recommend a program to do that.
