yesterday i bought ZALMAN ZM-F2BL 92MM BLUE LED FAN and after installing it in tower i then booted the pc and in black screen appeared that fan is not a detected divise and aslo said press F1 to boot (the fan is working normaly)...anyone knows whats happening??

i replaced my old fan with my new one and plagued it in the same position...when i start my pc is appears this:

i figured out what was happening.When i bought the fan it had this thing inside the packing http://prntscr.com/765nca ..now i pluged this thing off and it is working right!also the color of the led light is much brighter.Any ideas of what is the use of this thing? (i am sorry for my bad english
