I built my computer about a year ago and have been having problems with certain games on it. It will randomly turn off on some games but usually it isn't the very intensive ones. It will always turn off on CG:GO, Total War Shogun 2 and Borderlands 2 with a few others that sometimes do and don't. When it turns off the screen will go black like it just lost connection to the gpu, but the sound will still be playing. After about 10 seconds of that the computer will restart. I just changed my gpu from a 770 to a 970 so it isn't the gpu. I monitored both my gpu and cpu temps while playing Shogun 2 and neither of them got about 64 Celsius. I'm at a loss because it will run GTA V maxed out for hours just fine but it will crash on simple games like CS:GO.

I have a rosewill rx850-s-b that is about a year and a half old. I'm running OCCT but it is nothing out of the bounds of what I have seen everytime I run these tests.
