I think this may be the PC build, not sure about the chassis, but it looks good.
Wondering if the pc will be quiet or not for a college dorm.
Kinda going for a red/black scheme.

It all depends on your fans and the gpu card how loud it will ramp up.. Im sorry but the 960 isn't a great card in my opinion ... The r 280 or 280 x would be a better card ...
