my programs on my old PC, Vista aren't compatible with windows 8.1 and will cost me thousands to replace. I need to boot from the USB as I have my old hard drive plugged in. I can access the files but need the OS to open the programs as I have many years of use still in them. how do I get windows vista to boot up?
