WiFi Adapter Packet Loss?

Sometimes when I'm playing CSGO, I get what seems packet loss or lag even though my ping doesn't spike or it doesn't indicate any packet loss on net_graph.
I'm guessing the problem is my network adapter which is a Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless Network Adapter.

Anyone have any ideas to fix this.

It can mean that that the router you have is working at a higher speed than the adapter.
Try and change the settings in your wi-fi router to a lower band speed.

See if the packet loss as you says goes away.
Your going to also get the loss if you are a few walls or floors away from the router and not in line of sight.
Or you may have cross over from another wi-fi router in the area, such as a neighbors router.
so have a tinker with the wi-fi channel selection option of the routers firmware setup and menu.
