I highly rate the raijintek Pallas
Very good cooling ,very quiet - will do the job well on any current CPU as long as you're not pushing huge overclocks

Since im using it and its dead silent i will suggest it.

100r is 200mm wide and 330r is 210mm so i think it will fit.
Anyway if you don't care about watercooling get an AIO set like CORSAIR H75

Water cooling (primarily the aio models) is IMO noisier than a decent air cooler unless you go for at least a 240mm & replace the fans - which will end up costing a lot of money.
Hopefully this link is acceptable to post - the decibel level & performance on an over clocked 3570k will show why I recommend it
