All these parts are compatible with each other, however, your motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but your case, the Zalman Z9 Plus does not have front panel USB ports. This shouldnt really be a problem unless you want to use USB 3.0.

Also, your link to your CPU cooler links to your hard drive.

You dont need a CPU cooler as you are buying a non-K processor so you wont be Overclocking.
