Yeah mate is real the manufacturer is the cause of the numbers galaxy is not a recomended manufacturer to buy hardware so now you have to bear with it till you upgrade your system

i saw few other same card same brand.about 5400mhz after multiply 4
but this only 3608mhz after multiply 4.
are you sure this is real?

Yes it is completely normal. See here if you want proof:

Slighlty higher clock speed, but that's because it probably is from another manufacturer.
