Dont go with AMD if yours is a gaming build. Intel CPU are much better.

I would stay away from that PSU if I was you: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=416

If you dont plan to SLI and/or overclock your CPU you can go with this:

A more affordable CPU would be http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54460, that is also much better than any FX CPU.

If you have plans for SLI but not to overclock you can go with this motherboard instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97extreme4

If you want to overclock you can go with this motherboard http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97extreme4 and this CPU http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54690k . But for gaming you don't need to overclock, because you will get nothing from it. Overclock is only relevant for gaming when your CPU is bottlenecking you GPU, and the E3 will not bottleneck any GPU on the market.

You can also go with this case: a bit more expensive but with a little more space and USB 3.0 at the front panel.
