Which should i Upgrade first GPU OR RAM???

Currently MY Laptop Specs are:
Motherboard:Hewlett-Packard 2281 (U3E1)
CPU:INTEL Core i5-4210U 1.7 Ghz (Turbo boost up to 2.4 Ghz)
GPU:Nvidia GeForce 840M 2GB
RAM:4.00GB DDR3 798MHz
I Live in pakistan and my budget is around RS:6000($:59)
And also if my Laptop is enough for gaming

What games do you plan on playing? But in any case, the GPU in a laptop is extremely difficult to upgrade compared to RAM. Most laptop manufacturers have a special location on the bottom of the laptop for RAM upgrades. Plus, with $60 you won't get a good laptop GPU. I'd go with the RAM 100% in this case.
