PC Switches off randomly with no warnings at all

Hello, this is my first post on this website, but i thought it may be the best place for help. I had recently (about 2 months ago) ordered a new PC, as i needed an upgrade from a laptop. It worked fine for the first month or so, however now it seems to rarely work for me. It usually just shuts sown at random, sometimes on boot up and sometimes after i have been using it for a while. I have tried many things to stop this from happening, like changing the plug socket, checking all parts are completely inserted correctly, and all seems to be fine. however when i refreshed windows, and lost most of my programs, it seemed to work fine for me. After i had installed some programs (e.g. Steam and winrar etc.) it had then begun happening again. I do however also hear a quite loud 'click' every time the system shuts off, and i believe it is located around the PSU area. I know that temperature is not an issue as it is kept well-cooled and i have checked temperatures of the components, none of which seem to be up at an alarming rate. Any help would be great thanks.
Specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD FX 9590 Black Edition
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Extreme Water Cooler
Operating System: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5
Memory: 8GB Corsair 1866mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 1TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: Asus GeForce GTX 980 4GB Strix OC
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Case: Cooler Master Cosmos SE
PSU: 750W Corsair CS Modular

(However i do believe the issue is mainly situated in the PSU)
PC was prebuilt, parts chosen by me from DinoPC as i was too worried about building myself.

I kinda had this once. Did you manually input your ram timings? Set them to auto if possible.
Back then mine was shutting down by itself randomly or it won't boot.
I just had to set the ram timings to auto.

If you didn't mess around with the BIOS, it's most likely set on auto but I'll teach you anyways haha.

1.) Start your PC and immediately press Del, F2, or whatever key bind your Mobo stated.

2.) Then go to the M.I.T and you'll see there DRAM Configuration

3.) Set the CPU Host Clock Control to Auto and Memory Clock to auto. Then probably F10 to save

Let me know if you've done it haha

Well, After a few hours, i thought all was working fine. I then started up a game and it instantly died off with no warning. The issue then escalated to it turning off before i can even log on. I have no clue what to do now :(

Load up the BIOS default settings.
