my computer was working fine last night but after today when I turn it back on it shuts down completely after starting windows. I opened my case and checked for loose screws and I felt my water block on my nepton 280l and noticed it felt warm to the touch. Everything lights up and fans turn on. After multiple boots the computer just started shutting down about 2 seconds after hitting the power button. I might take the computer to a repair store unless I can self fix the problem.

That sounds like the pump died to me, and the user must have gotten this system pre-built, or one of those junky all in one WC solutions. Knowing a little about your WC loop would greatly help us out.
