When i try to install Windows 8.1 it shows me the alert and when i click next it just print error again. The alert is "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer’s hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk’s controller is enabled in the computer’s BIOS menu."
I think it can be connected with other problem that in uefi (motherboard: asrock h81m vg4) in advanced options shows that every sata has not detected disk but in boot options it is listed
Disk model: WD10EZEX

I tried changing ide/ahci and sata ports but it dont helps (in ide Windows cannot find any disk)

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, kffapich!

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the Windows installation and the WD drive! However, I'd suggest you to try to re-format the drive on another computer in GPT, instead of MBR. Basically because on UEFI-based systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks.
Here's a link from our KB that explains how to initialize your WD Blue, so that the BIOS on your mobo is able to detect it: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=HmOFb8
Here's another link from MS KB that explains how to do this using Diskpart, instead of another computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/297800

Hope I was helpful. Let me know how it goes! :)
