FX 8350 4.0ghz and CIT 600W PSU

I'm Thinking on upgrading my PC From an E8400 to an FX8350 but I have to know Whether My 600W Cit PSU match up with the FX8350. Thanks

You are aware that this requires you to change the motherbd and probably ram too, right?

CIT power supplies are poor , should be upgraded.

I understand I have to upgrade my motherboard but why would i have to upgrade my RAM?

Because E8400 uses DDR2.

FX8350 = DDR3.
