PC randomly shutting off

Hey guys, sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.
I'll start by saying that I don't know anything about building PCs besides the bare minimun, so bear with me.

Some 2 or 3 weeks ago, my PC started to randomly shut off. Just like that. I have it hooked on a TV and on a stabilizer (sorry, I don't know if this is what you call it in english. That box that you need to turn on before turning the PC on, and weights a ton). None of those are turned off when the problem happens.

Right after this happens, I can't turn on the PC for some minutes. I tried to turn the PSU switch off and on, and nothing.

When I can boot the PC, I receive a message saying that a power surge was detected (or something like that) and that the ASUS something shut it off. I need to go to the BIOS screen then. I took a picture of what it says in the BIOS screen, in case its helpful:

When it turns off, theres is that "swoosh" sound that happens, if that servers for anything.
The PC can go for hours (even days) without a problem. Then it happens randomly (either playing something like GTA or just on Youtube), and it starts happening more frequently (this last time, it shut off, I shut it on, and it shut off minutes after)

I read that this ASUS thing might be too sensible and I'm better shutting it off, but I'm afraid that, if this isn't the problem, it might damage something.
I took the stabilizer off now, just in case, and the PC is plugged directly into the wall. There is also no smoke or smell of anything.

My power supply is an OCZ 650w, when I bought it, reviews said that it was good.

Sorry about the botched english and the wall of text, English is not my first language.

Solution
It sounds like a power supply problem, so lets start there.
Exactly what model is that OCZ unit, and how long have you had it?
Also, very important, if you built this PC please post these specifications: Motherboard-make and model; CPU make and model, video card(s) make and model, How much RAM and what speed is it running at and what speed does the label state it is supposed to be (ie. DDR3 1600 but BIOS show it running at 1333), and have you overclocked anything.

UPDATE: 5:33p.m. PDT. I forgot a major point: have you cleaned out the interior of the PC lately? Dirt, dust, dust-bunnies etc. all trap heat and this could be a heat related problem. If you have never done a cleaning we'll be happy to give you some guidelines.
