Cleaning thermal paste off CPU?

Hey guys, so I'm looking into getting a Hyper 212 Evo to replace my FX 8320's stock cooler because the temperatures are getting a little bit high. I was wondering since I don't have alcohol in my house to clean the thermal paste off if I could use these Lysol disinfecting wipes I found. Could it clean the thermal paste off enough to apply new thermal past and the Hyper 212?

The active ingredients in it are Alkyl and Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride.

The thing about those wipes is that they actually leave a bit of residue behind. It will do the job but I still recommend using 99% isopropyl alcohol.

I would not use lysol wipes on a CPU. The alcohol is much safer. A bottle is only a few dollars at the pharmacy, and much cheaper than messing up a cpu.
