The board will fit ,the 212 evo cooler most definitely will not - you don't need that for a dual core apu anyway!

the size fits and i think the screws fit too but i wouldnt use such a case even for a matx the space in there is not as good as it has to be and it doesnt allow you to have a good air flow if you going to upgrade to a new tech system you need a case to be able to cool your system and have room for later upgrades
