I've been using this keyboard for about a year now with no problems, and I left my computer on last night while something was downloading and when I got on this morning the lights were off and the keyboard wasn't working.

Tried unplugging/restarting PC and the keyboard still doesn't work, also tried to update firmware but I think the keyboard needs to be working for that to work.

I've also tested 2 other keyboards and they work fine.

Any tips? Thanks

I take it it is a USB keyboard. Shut down the PC and try it in another set of USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports; not one that is on top of another. Maybe even on your front panel.
Also try another USB device in the port(s) that the keyboard has been plugged into.
I suspect the keyboard has died. If it doesn't work in another port(s) and something else did/does work (you tried other keyboards and they worked) in the port(s) where shiny has been plugged in: then it is dead.
Can try contacting the manufacture, but I looked at two different etailers and they don't even list a warranty; can also try where you bought it to see if you can return it for another or for credit.
Good luck.
