need help with wifi adapter setting

im trying to change my mac address in adapter setting but I don't have network address in my configure settings im wondering why I recycled my computer how do I get it back I use to have it

here is the screenshot is there any thing I can do I wanna change my mac address but don't wanna use software

You can't change the MAC address of that device, it is permanent, it was put there at the factory and it will stay there until the device is destroyed.
There are very few devices that have a MAC address that can be changed. Even routers only allow MAC address "cloning" but no user assignment is permitted.

Some network bridge equipment allows custom MAC choices, but that is for bridge use only, it is transparent, so your device MAC will still pass to the internet and on to the terminal connection where your MAC is still detectable.

There are ways to perform "MAC spoofing" but that is likely a prohibited subject at this forum.
