So I'm having a bit of a problem figuring out what i possibly fried, thinking any where from my cpu, mobo, RAM, or psu. For sake I will list what I'm running

Asrock OC Formula Mobo z77
i7 3770k @ 4.5ghz
GTX 680 Classified SLI
32Gb G. Skill Ares DDR3 1600mhz
Corsair RM850 psu
Samsung 840 pro 256gb/WD 1tb HD
Kraken x60

I was switching out components into a new case the other day, and got everything hooked up correctly. Turned everything on, was working great, but did not have control over my radiator fan speed. I turned my pc off, tried changing my fan connecter from the 3 pin to the 4 pin to see if it would fix it. Thought I correctly connected the fan. But when I turned it on, I smelled something burning from inside so I turned it off immediately. Realized I was 1 pin over from the correct placement. So I re connected the fan connecter, and from then on out, my pc hasn't posted to bios. Everything powers up from my LEDs from my Gfx cards, to my Kraken x60, to my fans in my case, but nothing posts to my monitor. I currently only have 16Gb's in, but I don't know if that matters.

I noticed after doing some research, that my mobo was posting code 53 and had a solid red light on the DRAM_LED1. And everything I have found has said that it is either RAM or cpu. Any type of help would be wonderful and would be greatly appreciated. I hope I'm not replacing too much but am prepared none the less.

Linked the code error and the red light.

Looking at the picture you posted, the 2 RAM modules, being dual channel, should be BOTH in either the yellow or the black slots, not one in the yellow and one in the black per the picture. Re-slot the RAM accordingly and hopefully this solves the Code 53.

My issue is how will I know if the RAM got fried, or the RAM slots got fried? Each stick is 8Gb so I know that's enough for one stick. But do I need to have at least 2 sticks in for Dual channel for it to post?

No, it should post just fine with only one stick of RAM, in any slot.

Based on the fact that all the fans power up and lights turn on, you're PSU is PROBABLY OK.

It is possible that you simply shorted something out in the fan, and it is now just stuck shorted. I would start by unplugging it to avoid that potential problem.

If that doesn't fix it, the list of debug codes here says code 53 is related to memory. It suggests clearing CMOS, so I would try that first. If that doesn't work, try using only one stick of RAM. Try it in each RAM slot, clearing CMOS each time you move it. If none of those configurations work, try repeating the process with the other stick of RAM. Hopefully, if you have a RAM problem, it is only in either certain slots or one stick of RAM. Failing that, I would try to acquire some more RAM (maybe borrow some from a friend?) that you know is working and repeat the process again (just use one stick). If RAM that you know is good doesn't work then you're probably looking at either a burned CPU or a shot mobo, unfortunately. I don't know of a good way to determine between the two, unless you can get hold of some other CPU to test in your mobo, so if this is the case you might have to just bite the bullet and start replacing things until it starts working. You might also try checking the voltages on your PSU with a multimeter to eliminate that as a possible problem (you should have 12, 3.3, or 5 volts or slightly higher than those values on the various pins).

Found the problem. I burned out the Circuitry to the RAM only, which is why everything else was able to get power except for the RAM. Thanks for the help guys. Back up and running now. Bought the Extreme4 Mobo.
