I have a Asus that runs on Windows 8.1 and an external Touro Hard Disk Drive.
I plugged it in one day and it's not showing up on computer. Well it's only showing up as Local Disk (E:). It would normally show up as Izzy's HDD. In my Device Manager it is showing up in my Disk drives as HGST Touro Mobile 3.0 SCSI Disk Device. But under my Computer Management- Storage- Disk Management, nothing is there.
I need help with how can get into my HDD. I have a lot of things stored on there and I don't know what went wrong.

Thank you for any help I can get or if you need more info please let me know.

The drive name is not important, you can add the name if you want but as long as it's accessible that's what counts... if you cannot access...

I have no idea about computers, so I have no idea what bios and diskpart command are.
Could you help?

The drive name is not important, you can add the name if you want but as long as it's accessible that's what counts... if you cannot access it from Computer or Explorer, try from Disk Management; Right click on the graphical drive space and select Explore... that should take you to Windows Explorer in the USB external drive... if it doesn't, see the 1st link for product support and solutions, and/or see the 2nd link instructions on "how to install the drive software".
