That in fact IS the best one out there at the moment. You must keep in mind that the 'box was intentionally made to be as differential as possible to cheat people into spending money for their products, same goes for console exclusive titles. Pacts were made with game developers in order to NOT release their games on PC in the hopes that they will generate enough buzz for people to go out there and buy a console.
But before you call me tin foil man, let me be clear here: This isn't a conspiracy, there are no hidden backroom deals here, this is just plain and simple rock-bottom fucking money gropping, that's all!
This is one of the most ridiculous sentences I have ever read. A company produces a product and expects people to pay for it. Why would they spend millions of dollars developing hardware and games and then make it easy for people to steal them on the internet? No one is forcing Microsoft to make games and if they don't get paid for doing it they will stop. There has to be some return on their investment or it's not worth it to them.
In all fairness, Microsoft has already made its money from the console and games (Microsoft doesn't make many games, it just sponsors them, other developers invest resources and sell them for Microsoft's platform).
Microsoft and aforementioned game developers have sold their product to online and physical retailers, such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Amazon, EBay, etc.
The "middle-man" retailers that jack up the price are actually the ones losing out.
Retailers purchase titles based on hype and MSRP. The more anticipated the title is, the more they will buy of it.
That means that these producers of these products have already sold thousands or millions of units to other companies, who will then resell them at a markup for profit.
You aren't screwing the developers, you're screwing the dealers.
