Hello everyone, I am an avid Youtuber and Twitch Streamer who has finally scraped up enough money to upgrade my GPU! But to do this, I need the help of the pros that I trust the most here at Toms Hardware!

Before I go any further, here's a quick overview of the current build!

CPU: i7 3770k (OC to 4.2GHz)
HEATSINK: Coolermaster Evo 212
MoBo: ASRock Extreme Z77
RAM: 16GB Crucial Balistix
PSU: 850W Thermaltake
STORAGE: 500GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD/3TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Bit
MONITOR: Asus VG248QE, 144Hz, 1ms, 1920x1080
GPU: N/A (Was GTX 770)

So, to summarize, I'm in the market with about $700 to spend on new parts. With the main goals being:

- Decrease the amount of time needed to Encode and Export videos in Adobe Premiere Pro (Full 1080p, 60FPS Export)

- Increase Frame Rates in Live Streams

- Decrease latency that can sometimes occur in intense video editing sessions.

So, if you have any suggestions on what will give me "The biggest bang for my buck" I'd greatly appreciate it!

I've currently been looking at these 4 options:

GTX 970
GTX 980
GTX 980 Ti (Not yet released)
R9 390X (Not yet released)
