Help for changing my CPU!

Hi guys! So, Im going to change the CPU for my brother, he currently has a "Intel Pentium Dual Core E6800 3.30 GHZ" and i bought a nice and cheap CPU "Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40 GHZ", and i wanted to know how to change it. I wanted to know too if i can use my cooler that i have on my CPU, in the Q6600, and how much thermal paste i need to apply.

First before you install you must check if mobo support this CPU,
Run this program and make screen shoot with motherboard tab open http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
And I tell you if your brother motherboard can handle this CPU.

Before install clean CPU and CPU Cooler, best for cleaning is first use normal tissue later use coffee filters with Isopropyl Alcohol.

He has this motherboard "http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/", i checked and i think it can handle that CPU.
