Which fan configuration should I use for my case ??

I know it sounds silly but i think it might affect the cpu cooler performance..I wanted to use corsair's H75 cooler on my AMD fx8350 processor and it has two fans that will of course work as exhaust fans, but i have no other fans in my CM k380 case, so since the radiator and its fans will be on the rear of the case, i will have to put the other fan i want to get on the side panel NOW the question is: Should i use it as intake or exhaust ?? I ask bec. it will be opposite to the GPU so i fear that if it blows air in, the hot air from the gpu will go to the coolers fans and thus the radiator...(knowing that my gpu has 2 stock fans mounted to it...)
Another thing is that there are no actual mounting holes on the top of the case but there is a 120mm vent that has identical holes all over it can that be used for mounting a fan ?
-My specs:
CPU: AMD fx-8350
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
Case: CM k380
GPU: R9 270x

you can place one 120mm too, i dont think that it will have a problem with your gpu's size as cm is a good builder, im certainly sure they have seen that consideration of huge size of gpu's out there. anyway lemmi give you a logic of how you should place your fans.

You need to have fan pressing air from outside to inside. *preferably in the front and side panel. keep in mind that heat goes up so exhaust fans should be on the top and the back

Thanks but what about the side panel thing Which configuration should I use for it ? And why ? (take the gpu into consideration)

What about the HEAT coming out of the GPU... Will the side panel fan push it towards the cpu cooler and radiator (that certainly will hinder it since that is hot air) ??

Good point, I suggest that the side panel pushes air to inside, back to gradeschool science, heat never goes down it always goes up so gpu's heat will still go up and will be exhausted by your top and back fan (radiator). To be specific, your radiator's fan should be pushing the air outside.

I get that ( and radiator will be on the rear top btw) so if the radiator fans pull the gpu hot air outside the case it will pass through the radiator raising its heat right? Forgive me for my repeated questions but i like to understand everything

Good point, it will at some point but then again it will be blown out by the radiator's fan. In addition to that you also have the top fan blowing out additional heat so it wont give much of heat on the radiator. Feel free to ask, dont be sorry. :p
