So I was recording a cod4 video with fraps. I was having 120 constant fps on a 1080p resolution. The game was not lagging but after i opened the video file it was laggy. I think this is a problem with my hard drive not writing the files quick enough.

Hey there, Renekoo1.

Overall your configuration looks solid. Have you ever been able to record a 120Fps full HD video before with that drive? For that kind of quality you probably need to try with a drive with higher performance, because although this is a nice drive, it is a general usage HDD. Or try with a drive that's 10K RPM, or even better - use an SSD for that kind of purpose.
On the other hand, if you think you're drive might have any kind of issues, then I'd recommend that you backup your important data and download DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic) to test the drive and see if there's anything out of the ordinary. So i just ran the test and there are no errors. But lately my windows has been acting up. When i open up explorer i cant see my drives and shortcuts. I also sometimes cant see icons but everything works so far...
I also noticed i kinda have bad fps for my card. In cod i should have a solid 1000fps, atleast in the older ones but i barely get 500. I always thought it was becuse i had only 2 gb of ram. But when I upgraded my ram to 10GB it was the same. So i'm asking you is this a virus or maybe a trojan?

By describing the other issues you have with your system, it really sounds like it could be malware or some sort of virus, worm etc. I'd recommend that you update your anti-virus program's database and run a full check to see if it finds any threats and do the same with an anti-malware program as well. Otherwise, with this drive you should be able to record a 1080p video with 60Fps without any issues, not sure about 120Fps though.
