Multi-Boot Win7 Ultimate 32bit, Win8.1 64bit, and a copy of Fedora Core Linux

I want to install all 3 of these operating systems on my laptop, but which order should I install them? I'm guessing Windows 7 and 8.1 first then Linux last, but I want to get some opinion. I was once going to install WinXP on my laptop, but I won't due to technical reasons.

I have a Dell i3542-3267BK laptop with a 1TB hard drive and 4 GB of RAM.

Linux last is the best way to go since it has a very different bootloader that supports any other OS. The Windows bootloader can handle the Linux install but it's more of a headache.
