GTX 660 Performs like CRAP now ...

So I've recently noticed that my 660 (EVGA SC) has being performing like a brick it bearly plays ARMA 3 on 20 fps when it used to play on Very High 50-60 FPS stable and its really annoying its also happening on benchmarks and EVERY other game I own which pretty much makes my computer unusable to game on Any help would be Appreciated

First you need to state the specs for your system. And also, have you run any anti-virus software? How are your temperatures? Have you checked if you by accident have enabled power saving mode?

My specs are :
i5 4460
750w FSP 80+ Bronze
2 x 240gb v300 Kingston Now SSD'S
1 x Segate Hybrid 1tb hdd
GTX 660 EVGA SC ]
And i recently installed Avast could that be the problem

How long ago since you reinstalled windows? I see you have a hybrid drive, which tend to loose its speed after a couple of months due to usage. You could try and turn of Avast, and test if it has any impact on performance.

Edit: I also see you have a Tier 4 PSU that could be the problem . Its a low quality cpu and is not recommended for gaming rigs according to http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html.

Windows was reinstalled Last night ... My hybrid is for software while every thing else is installed on the other ssd currently uninsalling avast as I was only testing it will tell you if i get a performance boost :)

As I stated above, tt could be your Power supply. Its a Tier 4 PSU according to tomshardware's PSU Tier list, meaning its not recommended for gaming builds because of its low quality components and protection measures.

But it recently just started performing really bad , Okay I'll reinstall windows again is there any way to unistal it without losing all other data on all my drives

Yes, check the temps before doing anything else. Download HWmonitor, it checks for both cpu and gpu temperatures. And remember to look at the core temp values for the cpu.
