Sata 6gbps on all ports or just one at a time

i have a GB 990fxa-ud3 and it has 6gbps sata and and when your hard drives are loading does it work as 6gbps on all ports at the same time or is it 6gbps on only one port at a time?

yeah when my hard drive is reading/writing at the hdd max speed when loading a game that i9 have installed on my ssd is slow loading i mean that its slow loading on my ssd while something is going on with the hdd like installing a game or other software

It should not, if you have the BIOS set as AHCI
