Witch GPU Is Better?

Hello, im about to pull the trigger on a MSI GTX 960 4g with the free Witcher 3. But then i saw the Asus Strix GTX 960 4gb with the Witcher 3. Witch of the two are the better cards, personally im leaning to the MSI. Is that the better choice?
P.S: Please no fan boy crap.

I don't think there is actually that much of a difference. Probably just fanboy answers. I went with the EVGA SSC model because I like evga. But I would just go with whichever you think looks better/is a lower price

The MSI can use more power so it may have more potential for overclocking. The Asus has a 3 year labor warranty and the MSI only has a 2 year. Weigh whats more important to you and decide off of that.

As already said they are pretty much the same. If the Asus is about the same price then I'd go with that model.
