First of all, I don't necessarily have any immediate need to access Bios. I'm still learning computers and have a long way to go, and I wanted to go ahead and start familiarizing myself with Bios being that I haven't used it in probably a decade or more. But what got me wanting to test it out is that I am planning on upgrading my RAM soon. I currently have 8gb of 1600mhz and am planning to upgrade to 16gb of 1600mhz so that I can properly use the Titan X, which by all sources is said to require at least 16gb to function properly.
The problem is that pretty much every stick of RAM I see for sale has reviews saying "defaults at 1333mhz, had to change to 1600 in BIOS". I know there's not a big difference between the two speeds, especially for gaming, but I want to get what I purchase.
All guides for accessing BIOS in Windows 8.1 say to go to PC settings > update and recovery > recovery > advanced startup > troubleshoot > advanced options > UEFI firmware. When I click advanced options, I don't get 5 more options like I see in the screenshots from all the tutorials I've read. All I get it is "startup settings".
Here's what it looks like when I click advanced options.

Thanks a ton for any help!
Edit: Forgot to mention, the motherboard is an Intel H81. I believe it's essentially this.
