Windows 7 pro 64bit is installed on my SSD.. boots nice and quick when my new WD Black 1TB HDD is NOT connected..

When i connect the WD Black HDD the boot time is very slow and the drive does not show up in my bios (z97s SLI Krait motherboard) and it doesnt show up in my disk management either.

Is it a bad drive? what to do? I just bought the drive today.. so worst case scenario i can return it and get a new one.

When i disconnect the WD HDD the computer boots fast again.
