So I got a message and can see in the Geforce experience panel that NVidia has new drivers available for my GTX 750Ti. I would install them but I heard I should uninstall the old ones first. Is it as simple as going to add remove programs in the control panel and deleting some files? If not does anyone know how I am supposed to uninstall them?

Updating drivers isn't always necessary. I haven't updated my drivers since early 2014. Everything is running great and stable. Just because you get a notification about a new driver, doesn't mean you have to. Some newer games may require it, like GTA V.

If it's not broke, don't fix it.

But to answer you're question, when you download the new drivers from the Nvidia, you will be prompted to perform a clean install when installing the new drivers. Do so.
