I mounted DBaN onto a USB to wipe out my HDD, thinking that DBaN wouldnt detect my SSD in the long run. Therefore I then booted the USB containing the DBaN, let it run for a minute then noticed it was writing files over my SSD. Panicking I shutdown my pc (holding the power button). Then went to boot from my SSD (containing my OS), Which I ended up getting the error (Disk read error Press ctrl + alt + el). Sometimes when I boot from my SSD the screen goes black and a little white horizontal line flickers left to right, couple seconds later it puts me back into to BIOS.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Welcome to the community, UnholyGhost!

Unfortunately, it seems like the software you mounted to wipe out your HDD most probably has overwritten some important system files on the SSD and that's why you are unable to boot into Windows.
I think that the only way to fix this is to perform a clean install of Windows on the SSD, just keep in mind that this will erase all the data on it.
Btw, does BIOS detect the SSD and HDD after the forced shutdown of your PC?

Keep me posted!

Alright, i'll do that then if there is no alternative solution.

I do believe that the BIOS does indeed detect both HDD and SSD but I am not quite sure right now. I'll have to check when I get back from work.
