My HP Pavilion dv7-6195us shuts down immediately when opening a browser while the computer is unplugged. If it is plugged in, no problems occur. If the cord is unplugged and I open up an internet browser, the computer usually always dies immediately, as if the power supply is completely cut off instantly. Any help or ideas as to why?

you could try changing power plan when unplugged, also try to scan with different AV for worms or malware. Update your Windows.
Also check if its doing that under safe mode. If its not doing it there then try to rollback to a point you know its stable. If that still doesnt work - reinstall windows

I have scanned many times for malware and such, but nothing comes up, and that's with multiple programs (malwarebytes....) As for the battery issue, I have been having this problem with two batteries now, the original and an OEM compatible battery. So far, all I can think of is that the power supply from the battery cuts off at times, but I don't know why and why it seems to happen when I got to open the internet...

is it behave same ways with other browser, ie, chrome, firefox...?

if not, then changing browser is easiest way,
if it behave same for all or u wanna stick with original browser it might required reinstall the browser/os
