When you ask for a build in international forum like this one, converting Rs. 35000 into equivalent $550, won't get you the right config.

Because for $550, in US you can get a better PC but that's not the case in India. The parts you could get for $550 in US, will cost you $650 to $700 in India.

For example, if buy the same config that you've mentioned, the price in US would be like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($85.50 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($26.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($42.20 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($52.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($48.60 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB Video Card ($109.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Deepcool TESSERACT BF ATX Mid Tower Case ($25.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $422.25

As you could see there the same config costs $128 more in India. So this means you're looking for $430 PC that would cost you Rs. 35000 in India.

So just wait, I'll get you the right components for Rs. 35000. You're looking for a config strictly under Rs. 35000 or ok if I could extend your budget a few thousand rupees more?

Changes needed in your parts are a better MB and PSU

Total - Rs. 39785

Get these from electronic market in your locality for better pricing like this one than buying online. All quality components. Good value for the price you invest. Cheers!
