I am pretty sure this is going to be my new rig.

But will this work without any problems and good fps on for example DayZ Standalone?

Graphics Card: MSI GTX 970 Gaming

CPU: Intel i5-4460

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

8gb RAM

Power Supply: Corsair CX500M (500 Watt)

Appreciate Help! :)

Hey, if i pick an power supply: SilverStone Strider ST50F-ES 500 Watt is it enough?, cuz i already have this one as extra.

And what motherboard do you recommend that will work with this (not too expensive)?

well...you can give it a try ... this is a not to bad psu ... you will be a bit on the border but it should work

a cheap mobo will depend if you want to SLI or in the futur , or if you will upgrade your cpu to an unlocked one
or you want simply run what you have and not important to get a futurproof setup..
