Samsung ATIV book 4 running VERY slow [Freezes]

I seriously tried everything with this damn laptop. I tried clean installing 3 different windows on it. Win 7 , Win 8 and Win 10. No matter what, the laptop still runs terrible. It freezes every 1 - 3 seconds while watching Twitch streams on source quality or even watching a 1080p youtube. video. This laptop is not even a year old, and it runs so bad. The CPU usage doesn't even go over 40%, but it still freezes.

Specs:

Intel Core i5 Dual-Core processor / 2.6 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 710M
8 GB RAM
1 TB HDD


I hope someone can help me.

I have a feeling then it is you hdd then. There are hdd testing software available online which I have forgotten the name of that you can use to test the laptop.

You could be a new hdd and see if that makes a difference.

Assuming you don't have any programs installed and you hdd is clean of any junk software, I would say that it is something to do with your wifi card as all the things you have mentioned are online. Does this happen in any offline activities such as opening programs or using a word processor?

Yes, the PC is in general slow. This has nothing to do with my internet.

Well a few things can be wrong:

First does the laptop heat up while doing any tasks. If you could tell me the temps of the cpu and gpu while idle and the tasks you have mentioned, then I maybe able to help.

Second, it could be a worn out cpu or gpu

Third it could be that the hard drive is faulty

Fourth it could be that the laptop has a lot of dust in the laptop which is slowing down the laptops.

Finally, what is you fans like, do they still work?

The CPU and GPU temps are around 45 - 60 degrees celcius during load, so it's not overheating. I tried taking the laptop apart and clean it, but didn't make any difference. I can't imagine the CPU/GPU being worn out -the laptop is less than a year old. The fans work just fine. Not sure about the HDD, and i wouldn't know how to check it, but it seems to work just fine.

I guess Samsung Laptops are just crap?
