Epson SX 400 Printing Blank?

Hi my 'Epson SX 400 Printer' as just started to print blank. No error msgs & enough ink? The paper just rolls through blank when I try to print?
.......at the moment tried printing an email, a return label for Amazon which printed blank. Just tried printing from 'Note Pad' & 'WordPad' & it printed fine?

Also to print my 'Amazon Return Label' I have to click on change in destination then within the box that pops up showing 'destinations for 'my GMail', click on add account then log back into my 'GMail account' Seems a long way round..........apart from uninstalling the software 'am stuck.

had the same thing yesterday with some ones kodak printer

it would print everything ok--except his travel itinerary from an email

only way i could make it print it--click print--then changed the printer from his default to pdf this saved it as pdf

then it printed it perfectly from pdf file

first time i have seen this--dont know why its started doing it but must be at the email end of things somethings changed

yeah it was a new one for me never seen that before

and you have epson and he had kodak so its not a specific printer issue

so can only be something to do with the email end

think he was using sky email--though dont know if that makes any difference or not
