Will my build be capable of running arma 3 ultra settings at 40+ fps?

Hello I just purchased a bunch of upgrades to my computer and was wonder if it will be able to run ultra settings on arma 3?
Pc Specs:
Cpu: i7 4790K
Gpu: R9 290
Mobo: Asus Maximus vii Formula
Ram: 16GB DDR3 2133
System: Windows 8.1
If there's anything else you may need to know before being able to calculate then just tell me.

Okay cool, but what if I were to wait till the 980 ti comes out? Would it be very good for my build or would it start to bottleneck?

No, it would absolutely not bottleneck...no card on the market can be bottlenecked by your CPU.

It is a marketing LIE and misconception spread by idiots, many who reside on this forum, that mid range CPU's affect high end cards.

You run a HIGH end CPU...so...

Oh my well i'm glad I know that now... xD
So i shall be buying as follows:
Cpu: i7 4790k
Gpu: GTX 980
Mobo: Asus maximus vii Formula
Memory: 16GB DDR3 2133

Yes...DON'T buy the GTX 980 right now.

It would be a MASSIVE mistake!

AMD are revealing their new card at E3...Nvidia has promised to ruin it with the 980 Ti...These events will profoundly impact prices across the board.

The only semi reasonable thing to do, is to wait or buy a qualifying EVGA 980 which has "step up"
