Looking to build a gaming rig Under 30000 in india.Please help me.(i have a HDD,Monitor,4Gb ram)

Hey experts.please help me.I am confused what to get.I am a student of Nuclear physics in India.I am a complete noob at this.but i searched you-tube (and some other sites) and found some information.But i am not sure.so please help me.
I personally want i5(I prefer Intel over AMD because of the heat factor in India)
I want to play all latest games at medium or high settings.
and please refer from sites like amazon.in and flipkart.com
I have
1.1Tb WD blue HDD
2.Good Hd monitor
3.Logitech gaming gears
4.4 gb hyperx stick
I want
a 4gb ram ,processor(you can also go for a Amd build if its worth it.),motherboard,graphic card(750ti or r9 270 or anything thats fit in that budget),psu(is it worth buying a good psu?)SSD(64gb)if possible
thats it.Thanks in advance.
And i have one other question what is bottlenecing
and what is better for gaming and video edition AMD 8350 or i5 4th gen.

GPU-R7 265 =Rs 13698/R9 280=Rs16789
PSU-450W=Rs 2668
Ram-8GB= *4 GB DDR3 1600 ( you have one)
TOTAL=Rs 33,153
if you wanna play current games and some of future games then go with it
with this you will play all the games at mid-high setting
(this prices which i have mentioned may be vary, and this prices are from FLIPCART,,SNAPDEAL,AMAZON AND my favoraite is JUNGLEE) nd i think you have cabinet also
nd where do you live in india ....???

Thanks you..But is 6300 is a very old gen processor?and r9 270 is better than 265 right?

Also Take A look At GTX 750Ti 2GB.IT iS good for gaming in your budget.See WEbsites like https://www.theitdepot.com/ it is an indian website.you can get some parts cheaper.

i just completed building my RIG specs ....

intel G3258 - 4350/-
Asus Ranger 7 - 15500/-
Ram Vengence 4GB - 2100/-
Corsair Spec 01 Cabinet - 3450/-
CX500 PSU - 3500/-
HDD - I had
Monitor _ Benq GL2760H -17000/-

Bought most of the stuff from local market and Prime Abgb , go the intel way ,it is future proof and also in cases better than AMD . U dont need to use such a costly MOBO can use any H97 or previous gen chip set . I think u can easily get ur desired setup within 30k but dont go for flipkart or amazon it is much costlier ...
