The first question is... do you currently have a computer? If so, the easiest and cheapest method would be to just add a good mid-level Graphics Card to your system. That is the most important component when it comes to gaming.

Another question... Do you want to build it yourself or would you be happy with a pre-built system?

Another inexpensive/quick alternative would be to buy a used computer system... from some place like Craigslist and then updating that with a new Graphics Card.

That comment was uncalled for... Besides, 35K Rupees is about $550... that's good enough for a solid mid-range computer... You could build a good computer for as little as $300.

nice, but fx6300 is kind of out of date , and Intel uses 22nm which is newer manufacture process than amd which uses 32nm . Intel processor also supports Intel extreme memory profile which increase memory speed and it helps in improving the integrated graphics and overall performance increase with Intel smart response and rapid storage when an ssd drive is installed. I would also go with gtx750 ti if you are concerned about the noise and heat as well as efficiency of the system and since many games are now customized for nvidia (the way it meant be played project) there is a high probability that nvidia out perform the amd in those games which in case of batman and others.

If you're buying a FX-6300, don't skimp on the motherboard, make sure it has 4+1 phase power and heatsinks on the VRMs, this is especially important if you plan on overclocking.

Absolutely. I have a worse AsRock motherboard with 3+1 phase power (I added heatsinks) and I use an overclocked 7850 (same as R7 265) with that.

Can you stretch your budget a bit to Rs 43000? If so, this build should be able to average 50-60 FPS on most current and next-gen games on high - very high settings at 1080p:

CPU: i3 4150 : Rs 8085
GPU: GTX 960 : Rs 16485
RAM: 1x8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 : Rs 4645
Motherboard: Asus H97M-E : Rs 7540
PSU: Seasonic S12II 430w (80+ Bronze): Rs 2530
Case: Antec VSK 4000B U3: Rs 3950

Total: Rs 43,235 (Please note you will have to buy windows 8.1 / 7 64-bit separately)

If you shop around amazon.in and flipkart you may be able to find better deals, but try to stick to the exact components I have listed for optimum performance.

Windows 8.1 64-bit is Rs 6020, so the total with windows 8.1 64-bit is Rs 49,255.

This assumes you can reuse the Hard Drive from your current PC in the new PC. If your Hard Drive isn't SATA, then you will need a new Hard Drive as well.
