Settings on Ultra/V.High

Obviously it depends on the game aswell, I mean like GTA 5 Maxed out, Assassins Creed Maxed out etc...

You will probably max out many games with that setup, however if I were you, i would make sure that your fx 6300 will not bottleneck your 970.

What does that mean? And how do I prevent it bottlenecking?

A bottleneck is when a computer component, in this case your CPU, might not be powerful enough to keep up with anoth component. An fx 6300 is a good budget processor for budget graphics cards,. If I was going to put a 970 in my machine, I would look at a 4th gen i5 Processor or an fx 8350. bother offer better performance in games.

What if I overclock my CPU so that it is 4.1Ghz? Then would it work :/
