The GTX970 is a fairly power-efficient GPU. You should be fine with any decent quality 500+W PSU.

The picture does not show the band and model. 30A on the 12V rail could be a somewhat tight squeeze, especially with lower quality PSUs, hence the emphasis on decent quality.
If the model or brand falls in tier four or five below, you might want to consider getting a better PSU first.

Since tier five PSUs have reputations for killing PCs, catching on fire or doing other nasty stuff, you might want to upgrade your time bomb before it goes off and potentially destroys your PC or worse.

You have the PSU tier list, look at tiers 1-3 for inspiration, aim for tiers 1 or 2 if possible.
