With good cooler you can get 5 GHz on all cores with 1.48-1.5 Vcore anyway. No need to step over 1.5 . Most 8 core FX CPUs can't reach more than 5.1 GHz on all cores, even with the best water cooler.

not always I cant even get over 4.8 fully stable on my 9370 even over 1.56v these chips are know to have some walls over 4.8. the 9590 is usually good for 5ghz on all cores or 5.1 max if youre lucky.

Alright thanks. Ill expirement with it after work then choose a best answer. Ive got mine in a water loop with a couple Titan X.

Usually is at around 48 at load temps.
