hey would it be better for the money if i got a 8320 and OC it to the same frequency of an 8350?
they both have 125 tdp so im not sure if the 8350 runs more efficient at a higher frequency or something tell me why
I wouldn't really worry about that, the FX 8320 is basically an FX 8350 at a lower clock speed. they are almost identical from the fact that you could probably push more performance out of the 8350. But its your choice, good luck!

can you tell me why? the fx 8350 is 500 mhz higher but i pay 50 bucks more just for an OC?

You pay 50 dollars more because uniformed people see a higher clock speed and assume thats the better cpu and will pay for it. The only difference between them is the clock speed.
