Can my laptop run skyrim at low or medium settings?

I dont now much about laptops so im asking if my laptop can play skyrim at low or medium settings with the following specs:
Proccessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 CPU T5600 1.83 Ghz

It used to be 2 Ghz until we took out the fan for reasons.

Ram: 2 Gb
Operating system: 64-bit

Please answer if i can run skyrim in low or medium quality because it lags so much in minecraft even if i had a fan.

It runs kinda fine on my tiny laptop with AMD e-450 with radeon 1.65 ghz and a 4gb ram

No, you will not be able to run it at all on that laptop. IF it cannot run minecraft it certainly will not run Skyrim.

No, but the reason is becuase you have a 64 bit system and 2 gigs of ram. You need at least 4 gigs to run a 64 bit os. If you upgrade the ram, you should be able to play it at the min settings.

^ this is not true. 2gb RAM is the minimum required for 64-bit versions of Windows. Skyrim is a 32-bit application anyway.

No, he is incorrect. Disregard his comment. It cannot run it because the CPU is too weak and it has no dedicated graphics card. It is to old and weak to run the game.

It has NOTHING to do with 32/64 bit anything.

I didn't know that. I always thought that windows 64 bit ran most smoothly on systems that had 4 gigs and above.
