Hello!
I already have a 2TB HDD and a Windows 8.1 copy, and I was wondering what the best gaming PC would be for around $700. I would like to run games like GTA V and Witcher 3 at max-ultra, 60 FPS, 1080P. What would be the best PC? I dont need a monitor or CD drive included in the cost. Also, maybe a boot SSD with some space for CS or some other small games. Lastly, could you please include the performance on games with a build similar to this? Thanks!
