Hi.. Need your thoughts for this set-up:

CPU - Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40-3.80GHz
CPU Cooler - Deepcool Ice Blade Pro V2 CPU Cooler - (??)
PSU - Corsair RM Series RM750 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular - (??)
MoBo - Asus Z97 Maximus VII HERO Motherboard
GPU - MSI GTX 970 Gaming Golden Edition 4GB Gddr5 256Bit Vga
Memory - GSkill Ripjaws X 2x4GB 1866Mhz
SSD - Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
HDD - Seagate 1TB 7200RPM 64MB, ST1000DM003 (SATA 6 Gb/s)

Case - NZXT H440 Mid Tower Case

My questions are the following:

- Do I get the right parts?

- Need some opinions for the 'RIGHT' cooling device I should use for this? (Not for OC-ing, but have plans in the future)

- Should I use CPU Fans? How many? What sizes?

- Do I get the right PSU for this set-up? or 750w is an overkill (No plans on SLi-ing, too expensive)

- What case you think is better than NZXT H440 that I have chosen?

PS: THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD and still on the process of looking for cheaper prices of the parts I've listed above.. If you'll have recommendation/s? Please do so.. Will change any parts listed as I want my first build to be a long-term gaming rig.

Total Price of parts - PHP 69,810 or USD 1,567.20
(as of May 19 Exchange Rate PHP to USD.. Per Google.com)

BTW, I'M FROM THE PHILIPPINES!!!

THANK YOU Tom's! Thank you everyone!

Your parts look good. Id go for the 4690k if its not that much more expensive. The devils canyon (90) series processors run a bit cooler. Remember that the processor comes included with a heatsink and fan which is completely adequete for anything besides OC-ing. If you insist on getting an aftermarket cooler, for air cooling id go with the hyper evo 212. H440 is a great case. It has great cosmetics and nice features, but remember that it has no optical bay, so if you wanted a dvd or blu ray player, then you'll be out of luck. I recommend taking a look at the NZXT phantom series. Same basic roots as the H440, but a bit bigger, with optical bays and more curves!

There's no reason to get such an expensive motherboard. Something like the Asus Z97-A or something in the similar price range is all you need.

A solid 550-650w psu is all you need. The Corsair RM series is mediocre and I feel like you could probably do better. Look for a Seasonic, XFX, Antec, or Super Flower if possible.
